I just received the header and tried to install it today, but ran into a few problems. First, standing in front of the vehicle looking towards the car, the up pipe fits the head when bolted alone; however, the left down pipe won't fit the up pipe unless I unbolt the up pipe from the head because the chassis frame gets in the way. Instead I tried unbolting the up pipe from the head and connecting it to the down pipe but at that point the motor mount gets in the way. Second, the length of the Y pipe is too short to reach my cat. Third, he welded an oval shape gasket when I needed a triangular shaped gasket.
Just wondering if you guys had any problems with installation or any tips on what I should do?
Thanks,
Kev

sounds like he sent you one ment for a civic cause they dont have front mounts and there gasket`s are circles. i dont know if you did but your supposed to tell him when ordering that you needed it for your year prelude with a triangle flange and he woulda made it like that.

Kevin, I responded to your email this morning.
FYI for the others reading/interested.
My H22 header configuration is the same for the Preludes, Accords and Civics. The only thing that needs to be changed on the jig is if a swapped engine sits at a different angle from stock. Install in Civics is much easier due to the lack of the front mount and cross member so the header can be assembled off the car. With the Prelude and Accords assembly gets done on the car if the front cross member is in place.
Also, all my H22 headers use a donut for a flex joint, no flex pipe and no "house" style flange. So, a new cat or test pipe is required.

Installed! WhoooHooo
So I was able to get it in by removing the front engine mount...made life a lot easier. This header is definitely worth every penny. SMSP = Amazing

I will see if I can get it dynoed after I take my car in for a full rebuild (in 3-4weeks). But ya, this header is BADASS! Definitely feel an increase in the low - midrange power and vtec is another world. However, my car vibrates aggressively during idle...I'm not sure if it's because I'm running a 2.5" piping from the header into the cat-back of the MUGEN exhaust, which is 2.25" pipe or what? Any ideas?

It's oem but it feels like poly!
From my view, the mounts look ok...plus it didnt happen with the previous dc header, just started after i installed the new header.

How high should I have it idle at? And that Flathead screw found on the TB on the intake side is the idle control right?

Ok..so all I did to reset the ecu was disconnect the battery for 5-10mins and then connect it back. Start the car and let it idle for a few minutes. Is that the correct way?
