very likely its a base, one last thing to check, if you have a third brake light mounted on the panel under the rear windsheild its a base.

btw, all of this is in the FAQS, your lucky us nice people got to you before you got raped.

the most easiest thing to check is the wheels. if they're the chinese star "blade" type its the base. and the regular star shaped is the sh. pretty much all you need to know.

What type of rear lip is on the SH? I look on my 98, and it has a small lip on the rear. How different is the SH's rear lip?

Wheels, brake lights, badges, body, shift boot & ****... all things to compare. If you're still unsure google them and see which one yours looks like.

How about the surefire method. turn your key to the acc position. Look at your dash board lights. if you see an "ATTS" light it means you car is cursed and throw it away. it also means you have a SH model.

Ding ding ding... if you don't have the atts light appear then it isn't an SH.
