ok after changing my front wheel bearings i noticed that at the front of the car, one side is higher than the other by 15mm (the rear is fine).
I have koni and eibach's pro kit. I am pretty sure that the eibach's are starting to sag on one side.
Is there any adjustability that i don't know about that would cause one side of the front to be lower than the other ?

Unless some part is bent or damaged, the only way you could be lower or higher on one side is the shock/spring combo. I suppose your camber could be off making it look like the tire is higher or lower on one side, or you could have different tires....

yeah i checked the shocks are koni and they are both sitting on the same perch. Also same tyres.
one side i can get one finger between tyre and guard, and the other side i can get two fingers between tyre and guard...
nothing looks bent.

Try measuring from the center of the wheel up to the fender arch and also from the ground up to the fender arch and compare both sides...that might give you some helpfull info.
every suspension peice i put on the prelude always left me with one side higher too
with my current set..i just adjusted the height on the higher side down to match the height on the opposite side
