S model Calipers the same as Vtec model?
I need to get a new caliper so I was wondering if I would be able to use anyother calipers besides those from S model ludes. Let me know as I found both rear calipers w/ abs sensors(not going to hook them up) from a vtec model. Thanks a lot for your help,

I think that the Lude's rear calipers are all the same but the S model's front calipers are not. But the VTEC front calipers should bolt right up. Just be sure to swap to the larger VTEC rotors too.

I know that the fronts will bolt up, as I already did the swap. The rears are what I am concerned about now. I was wondering if the calipers would fit, or If the calipers and rotors would be needed, or if it is not a bolt up setup when switching from S model prelude rear calipers, to those of a Vtec model.

the front rotors for the vtec model are larger, therefore stop the car a little quicker (more braking surface).
Back to my question, are they the same???
TIA

The rear calipers are the same for S, SI, and Vtec models, except for the ABS sensor. They all use the same rotor, so you don't need to change a thing.
Sorry, I should have read your sig. But I still have heard that the calipers are the same. You might be able to check the part number here http://www.slhondaparts.com
