Rust Proof Your Lude?
I cant stand the sight of rust, and have heard that a place around here will rust proof a car for a couple of hundred bucks. Has anyone done somthing like this? How did it turn out? From what I have heard I would have to take it in every year, and have it checked and touched up if needed. Since I plan on investing money into my Lude, I want it to last as long as possible, and this sounds like a good idea. What do you guys think?

When I bought my prelude, i got a rust proofing package (includes the paint from fading also) from the dealership, it was around $350 but it is guaranteed for life!!
I do things like that for a Honda dealership, we apply a REALLY HEAVY paint sealer wax (general rule about wax: the harder it is to remove the better it is) it works very well, ive applied it to my own Accord. When my accord was purchased new in '94 the original owner had it rustproofed. The rustproofing is still there.
