i just installed I/H/E. i checked my plugs after installtion and i'm running lean, my question is what is the best way to adjust fuel delivery on a tight budget. i already replaced the fuel filter, by the way i have 93 vtec with 117k miles.

How tight of a budget? If you have a few hundred get a VAFC. If you have $50 get an fpr.

If those are your only mods, you should NOT be running lean. If you are, there is another problem with your car. Changing the fuel filter was a good idea. Cleaning the injectors might be a next step to try. Are you running the stock ECU?

yeah i'm running the stock ecu, i havnt done a fuel pressure test yet because i 'm waiting on the honda service manual i just ordered. can anyone tell me what pressure i should have?

 

any help on the 4th gen fuel pressure specs? (vtec)

 

Should be around 35-40 psi
