Reverse threaded screws on header???

Default Reverse threaded screws on header???

Okay so Im trying to take off my header at the downpipe, and those bolts are on there tough. So Im wondering if mabey they are reverse threaded.

i'm sure you've tried already but if not use liquid wrench.
Wear goggles! (i'm sure you know that too but my buddy got a sprinkle of rust dust in his eye and it got infected almost immediately).

Use a long hallow pipe that can fit over your ratchet handle. The longer the pipe the more leverage you'll get too
, trust me, we all know what your going through.

Well I got it off. I do think it was reverse threaded cause when I went outside and did the ratchet the other way it worked. Mabey cayse I was upside down, who knows, Im 24 and still confuse my rights and lefts..

I will never touch a factory exhaust without an impact gun again... 15 minutes of fighting with a ratchet or 2 seconds with an impact.

Well all the rusty crap is off the car for now, thank god.

Well that was a succesful trip, got my headers on finally and watched them turn from Silver to Bronze Exciting.

Now my new motor is in and its time to get to work on that. Its dirty but some engine brite and new painted valve cover should do the trick. There is some rust on the fly wheel, but Ill post pics later when Im ready to start labeling it.
