Reverse threaded screws on header???
i'm sure you've tried already but if not use liquid wrench.
Wear goggles! (i'm sure you know that too but my buddy got a sprinkle of rust dust in his eye and it got infected almost immediately).
Use a long hallow pipe that can fit over your ratchet handle. The longer the pipe the more leverage you'll get too
, trust me, we all know what your going through.
LOL your probably not under a lift either eh? on your back making your momma some crack the good ol fashion way?? Hopefully not but , good luck!

I will never touch a factory exhaust without an impact gun again... 15 minutes of fighting with a ratchet or 2 seconds with an impact.
You know what I always say that to myself while Im doing it, but I always say to myself afterwards ''So is this left?''<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by md23vtec »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">

Well all the rusty crap is off the car for now, thank god.
Well that was a succesful trip, got my headers on finally and watched them turn from Silver to Bronze
Exciting.
Now my new motor is in and its time to get to work on that. Its dirty but some engine brite and new painted valve cover should do the trick. There is some rust on the fly wheel, but Ill post pics later when Im ready to start labeling it.
Thanks guys.
