I have an 2001 accord coupe with an h22a4 swap. The problem is that the motor won't rev past 4000 rpm, but it ran better be this happen. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Sorry it took me so long to get back to the board. I do have an accord ecu running the motor until I get my jumper, so I don"t know what cels i'm throwing. this prob. just started the the day I made this post. Also, I have a friend that has an 93 civic hatch with LS swap and he has the same problem. Everything was running fine until one day boom this happens. We have tried everything, even tried different ecu's and the prob is still there. If anyone has had this prob and fixed it, please help... Thanks.
