on the fire wall there is a black plastic case thats is kind of round (hard to explain). it is bolted to the firewall. There is a fuel line running from it to the fuel rail. take off the banjo bolt on the top, should be 17mm. then the fuel line will come off. make sure to replace the 2 washers. Then take off the 2 bolts that connect it to the firewall. then do the opposite to put then new one on. takes about 30 minutes max.

just wondering.. I heard u need to use a flare nut wrench (line wrench).. to get some of the bolts off?

it's recommended, otherwise you'll round it off cause it's real soft. Be very careful lining up the new filter too. If it's not perfectly lined up and you try to screw the line back it it will strip. Don't force it at all.
