So I just bought the prelude a few months ago. Started raining and I notice there is water in my trunk. My right tail light gasket is loose and the stud/bolt that holds the tail light to the body with the nut is broken.

How do I go about replacing this type of stud? Honda dealer doesn't have this type of stud and told me to replace my tail light for 220 bucks lol....
I don't know if the stud is pressed in or screwed in since there is no way to tell unless maybe if I take apart the whole tail light which I don't know how to do.
