Default Relocating plates???

I just got a new bumper with fresh paint and like the look without the plates. Any suggestions on where I could put my plates? I thought about the very side of the front bumper but the blinkers would be in the way.

looks better if u keep it off. depending on where u live. some cops my screw u over if you dont have a front plate on. even if its on windsheild they dont really care. they still hit u with fine.

I'm in the same predicament, I know some states require you to have a front plate and others don't. Anyone know If front plate is required in Texas? I just got a ticket and I'd rather not get another one.

Yes. Texas requires both plates.

Well it depends alot on your car too. I drove my Prelude stock for like a year w/o the front plates and never got pulled over for it or anything. But my friend w/ an AV6 w/ OEM Lip, drop, rims, and exhaust got pulled over 3 times in 2 months for it.

As long as your car isn't to flashy you should be fine.

I live in CA and when I owned my civic with my plate behind the windshield I got pulled over and got a warning. Since I've had my lude I've been pulled over twice, both warnings again . If I do actually get a ticket, think I'm just going to mount it on the bumper, pay the ticket, and then take the plate off again. $10 for a fix it ticket, who cares.
