Default Rare Problem for 5th gen?

i have a 98 prelude (base) for some reason my seat belt on the passengers' side is locked up. It will not pull more than about 6 inches no matter how long i tug at it(so it is useless for the passenger, no selt belt = passenger rides in back seat..). anybody know what i can do to fix it? thanks

theres a law that the dealer needs to fix seat belt problems under the seat belt lifetime warranty. just take it in.

Yep. Same thing happened to me, they're required to fix any problem on any safety restraint system free of charge
