looking for cheapest OEM parts, any one know where to get them? looking for maybe stage 2 cams and a good set of piston rings, any ideas?

OEM = Expensive unless you find stuff used, and the same goes for the Cams.

 

In my experience (new) OEM parts prices vary part to part and site to site.

Sometimes the best price is on one site, sometimes another and sometimes it's your local dealership.

You've got to price shop.

I got NPR rings from ebay for $30 and they're fine

I've used Majestic Honda (google it) for years - they usually beat the pants off of other places, but you need to keep an eye on shipping costs. If you are just buying a few trinkets, it may be a wash, but for larger orders they do well by me.
