Okay im going to race this guy in an integra ls next weekend and just to be on the safe side since we are racing for money i am going to borrow my friends nitrious setup. I was wondering what i should do before and after the race to prepare my car, this is just going to be a one time deal, just for this race. Do u guys think i will be okay running a 50 or 70 shot, i have a 97 Vtec with intake, exhaust, and ngk plugs and msd wires.

Whats done to the LS, that you have to have NAWs?? If its just got bolt-ons you should have no problem with him.

 

Your worried about a teg LS.......? Your gonna go and set up a nitrous shot just for one race? if your gonna go through the trouble might as well keep it in there.... you should be ok with a 50 shot, what type of setup is it gonna be anyway? But personally i wouldnt even bother unless you dont think you can drive better than the guy in the teg cause you should be able to spank him even if he does have bolt on mods......my girl had a teg ls and i drove her car alot (she kept stealing mine) and it in no way compaired to the prelude........(probably why she kept stealing mine)....anyway good luck on the race bro

you shouldnt be worried about un LS, you oculd take out the back seat, spare, and jack, thats about all i can think of....

 

If I was racing for money and my car was faster, I'd still borrow a nitrous kit just in case.

 

i agree. adding insult to injury never hurt anyone, just flat out beat him.

 

Thats what i was thinking, he only has intake, header, and a muffler. Ive already beaten him once but it was from a 5 mph roll, he keeps talking **** that he can smoke my *** from a dead stop. Im going to try and get him to throw down a hundred but i doubt he will.

 

I think you should beat the **** out of him, take his money, and burn his car
