Noticed when I turn my rights on they illuminate a nice blue but my normal headlights display the "norm" can I switch the bulbs? Meaning can I put the bulbs that are currently used for brights into my normal lights w/out blowing a fuse or anything

You just need to buy the matching HB3 or HB4, do you know the kelvin level of the bulbs you like? Example 3000-4000 are white, below that the light gets yellow. 5000k-10,000K are blues above that they start to turn purple.

Find out what Kelvin level your lights are and buy the same level one for the other socket.Buy the correct bulb, no reason to rig it and make it ghetto.
