Quick Question
Sorry Prelude Heads ... I'm not too familiar with Preludes.
Can someone answer me real quick what are the HP specs for the 97-up preludes?
I read somewhere only the last year (01) that was made has the bump in HP. Then again I read somewhere it was 99-up SH only. Then again 99-up any model .....
Also is the SH model worth getting?

Get an SH if you don't want to modify the car very much, but still have a decent handling & accelerating car. If you really want to build up the car get a Base.

its supposebly due to the more aggressive tuning done in the 99-01 years to bump up the power. the motors are identical in aspects of power. however i think up until 97, the main rod bearings were 5mm smaller than the 98+. i believe the figures for the 92-97 = 50mm mains, and 98+ = 55mm mains. someone correct me if im wrong.
