What parts are referring to specifically? An H22 manifold will not bolt up to an H23 head or vise versa. Are you thinking upper versus lower sections? Those might match up if you had an application for it ??

i have a dc header from a h23 and i want to know if i swap it out with a h22, can i still use the header?

 

nope

 

top half is different, exhaust ports on the head are different between H22+H23
Down pipe/bottom half of header maybe, depending on brand
