Default Quick question

There is like a semi clear container that sits freely on top of a plat form that has a hose running to my radiator but the problem is.. that the container is basically crushed and the screw on top on it dangles around freely with the hose in the middle of it running itno the container. I am a newb when it comes to this but what is it? and what is supposed to be in it?

no not a "screw on top of it" there is a "Screw-On" top that is the same color of the container and a hose running into the tank in the middle of the top. Is that normal? I think I need to get a new one..

is maybe thats why my AC doesnt work? or not lol.

Is there any good new aftermarket ones you suggest that won't burn a hole in my pocket?

yeah it's normal, i dunno about it being all crushed tho, you could always just buy a new one from honda. and it has nothing to do with your a/c

Alright, Is it actually needed? Its pretty crushed up and the top doesn't even screw on anymore.. it just dangles around. I see the bracket its suppose to slide onto so it attachs onto the radiator frame(?) but the container is basically fucked.

If its not really needed then I'll just leave it alone and replace it when I have chump change laying around.. from what I see its around 5$ to get a OEM one.
