Quick Question?
This is just a quick Q's. How fast will a 97 prelude do a 1/4 mile with a turbo running at 15 Psi. it also has Thermal Research cat-back system, interculer, cams, hondata, header, 1st stage clutch and flywheel, and lower compression pistons. its a stupid question but i am having a discussion with my friends that it will run it at about low 13's but others say at mid 12's, if you know the answer please help me. thanks for your time.

First time you did it, I thought it was a typo. But it happened twice. Generally people tend to spell it "true", however
A prelude won't run very well on a turbo setup with a header. You should consider getting a turbo manifold. The block would have to be sleeved as well, as FRM doesn't play nice with aftermarket pistons. There's so many things that factor in to what your time would be though, such as suspension setup, wheel size, etc.
