What kind of transmission fluid do our 5th gen ludes use? I think its just standard manual gear fluid but i want to make sure.

Also, how much should i retard ignition timing with a 75 shot? I'm being very very safe and retarding 6 right now

 

YOu need to use an aftermarket ignition or a Jacob's nitrous mastermind in conjunction with an ignition, in order to retard your timing. I'm pretty sure that you can just go to Honda and get tranny fluid. You only need a max of 5 degrees timing retard for a 75 shot. 2 degrees of baseline retarding and then 2 degrees per 50 shot.

hmmmm I was gonna go with some aftermarket (royal purple specifically) fluid....
does anyone know what type it is?
