Default Quick h22 question

Hello all, I hope this is the appropriate section to post this. I have an h22a that I am doing a stock rebuild on. The pistons and rods that came out of the block use pressed in wrist pins on them. Now, I have a set of brand new p5m h22a4 rods that I saved from a long time ago and never used. I also have a set of p13 pistons without rods attached to them. I was wondering, is there any way to use the free floating wrist pins on the p13 pistons that I have for the a4 rods, or do I have to go p5m pistons or type s? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
