Default question on h23vtec build

just a question on my setup. Im rebuilding the block. If i go with oversized type s pistons do i have to bore the block or hone it and would it have to be sleeved? Im guessing i would have to bore it and not sure about the sleeves....think thats only wit forged pistons right?
