question on h23 vtec
im almost done with the h23vtec. I had a question tho. I heard u have to remove the oil control orifice for the v tec to kick in? is this true? If so which one is it the one in between the block and the head or the one on top of the head? Or is it both.....any info on this plz help. Thanx
Yes, if it was in the H22 head, it is supposed to be there.
The thing in the h23 block = plug (no flow).
The thing in the h22 head = orifice (controlled flow).
The thing in the h23 block = plug (no flow).
The thing in the h22 head = orifice (controlled flow).
