Default question

Im just curious, is the prelude really worth it? Would there be a car id be happier with for this kind of money (like $6000-$10,000)? I might get a 4th gen prelude but im not sure if its worth it because ive heard different things.

for me... my prelude even if its only 92 S bought for $3800.. its the best car... that i've ridden yet.. better than an accord or civic.. or integra. im even willing to spend money on her. i think that its worth it.. for 6000 you can get a 94 vtec

Dude, I've owned 2 and let me tell ya, for the price the car is a good handler and just a thrill to drive Test drive one and take it on your local twisties. It'll put a grin on your face

You want power go buy a DSM, you want the satisfaction of owning a Lude more power to you. I meen there are always pros and cons to everything.

For the money a 4th gen VTEC is going to be the best value that you can find. I was in the market for a RSX-S and found that for $10k I could the same car and more.

GET a GSR. A GSR in my opinion has the motor and transmission combination honda produces.

I would go with the 4th gen Prelude. Not only a great car but.... Every time I look at my car even when it is broken (not often) I still smile. They are simply sexy cars. Best body ever made by Honda IMO. I wouldn't care if the car ran 19's at the track. I would still love it! Don't get me wrong I love power/speed but I fell in love with the Prelude first time I saw one. Once I drove one.... Well I own one
