Will a f20b fit in a 92 prelude?

I need a K23A1 RDX Turbo engine

I was looking at one of those..240hp, turbocharged, 6800 redline... but would it fit in a 92? i can ask him tonight and find out for you and let you know how much.

Hasport makes a 4th gen K-series swap kit that would most likely work with the K23...not totally sure though.
