Default pulling the power steering

I pulled the power steering on my car, and now the car can't idle. 92 Prelude. Now I understand why that would happen, but has this happened to anyone else? What'd you do to clean up the idle? Just adjust the idle screw?

Exactly whats goin on: The car idles warm at over 1k, around 1,250 to 1500. and it seems like the comp is trying to compensate, because it bounces around and wont stay stable. Its an auto, so if I put the car in D, the auto will absorb the difference, and the idle will drop to around 1k and hold steady there.

Also, for the people who pulled the PS pump, did you guys also put in a non-PS steering rack, or did you adjust the ratio somehow? My other car has no power steering too, and its nowhere near as hard to steer. Then again its RWD, and it has more neutral handling
