okay all my friends are runing TD's and they can get chips and programer for their trucks that plugs right in to the ob2 port.... my qustion is do they make any thing like that for honda. just plug it in to the port let it download and boom u got more power

 

um no hondata, neptune,etune ect

No, with big turbo diesels you just up the boost and add more fuel to get power...simple. Modern fuel injected engines (especially highly tuned Honda mills) are already about as tuned as you're going to get for the most part regarding power vs. fuel economy. You can get some king of engine management like Hondata, Crome, Neptune, etc and tune it on a dyno, but it's nothing like those controllers for the TDs.

 

yeah i know about hondata and those apps but im not trying to get one of those till i go turbo. but thanks for the info(even tho its not waht i wanted to hear)
