Please do not respond if you have nothing relevant to say.
Anyways. You'll need to take apart your climate control unit and re-solder the solder points on the circuit board. Over time, they'll begin to crack and cause the unit to work randomly, or just plain not work at all. There is a right up that is stickied on how to remove the control unit on 92lude.com in the interior forum.
Good luck.

my problem is my a/c switch. if the light isnt on, the a/c light isnt lit up, it blows hot hair. i have to bang it a bit and it turns on but then turns off on the next bump

my prelude also*** always having trouble with the climate. pisses me off. it's definitely the switches... like stated above - i'm going to try the solder. the buttons all messed up... sometimes when i bang it, it will stay on for awhile. i also found that pulling your stereo out, and holding the wires back, you can get it to stay on long enoguh..
i think the stereos pull the wires out of place over time..
