Default Problem running one oxygen sensor!

Hey i need help, i am currently running one oxygen sensor instead of two cause i didnt have the right cat for my 98 prelude, so i am only running the first sensor and not the one in the catalytic. Is this bad? its running wierd, shoots smoke and doesnt engage vtec. Help please advise and what to do, should i run with one oxygen sensor for 2 week.

well without that 2nd O2 in there, your OBD2 isn't going to be able to work correctly. I think there is a dummy load or somthing you can connect in its place to make the OBD2 think all is good. try doing a search on the subject.
