prelude ECU problem....

prelude ECU problem....
i have a 92 prelude si, just got a jdm h22 swapped in, but the ecu i have is a p13 auto ecu..... the guy that did the swap said it wouldnt work since my car was a manual transmission.... is there any way to make this work or do i need a p13 manual ecu??
