Powercore Header?
No one has really tested it out yet on Preludes. Its has bigger primaries than DC, is full stainless steel, and has a 2.25" collector (like the Mugen, which is 2.36" OD and 2.25" ID). At $400, it sounds like a deal.
I haven't decided yet between the Powercore and the upcoming T1R header. T1R is a 2.36" ID collector and excellent build quality.

nice! i think companies are finally starting to realize that a 2" collector won't cut it for the H22
since some of you were mentioning prospeed.. their SS header went up $100.. meaning thier stamp with SS now costs $800
anyone know if that applies to their mild steel header as well?

mild steel is fine, just spray it with hi temp paint.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by SuperSlow »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">

The paint you get from Autozone, etc. won't cut it. Besides the fact that most rust happens from the inside out (water vapor from the combustion process settles inside). I'd never pay $500 for mild steel.
If you send it to HPC or JetHot and get it coated inside and out, that'll be enough to protect it for a long time but you have to factor an extra $150-$200 into the cost of the header.
