Icon2 please help....

i have a 96 honda prelude si.
now i have a 98 h22a4 in it, with no mods it, running with the 96 h22 ecu, drove fine and everything for about 2 to 3 months and now i have the code 45 to rich or to lean. I've changed out the o2 sensor, fuel filter, pressure regulator, and the injectors, and the code just keeps coming back on, but now the car has a very bad lag when motor is cold but once its warm it drives fine i was told it could be that i have the wrong injectors (saturated) and the ones i need is the (peak and hold) i'm not sure if that could solve the problem. please help.. what do i have to do to fix it.
