Default p14 aws

i'm trying to help a friend find a ecu for his 94 prelude si with aws. I've heard there are 2 diff p14 ecu's. I'm wondering how I would tell the differences between the 2 diff p14s. If someone could tell me how to identify the differences between the two it would be a lot of help.

Should be the same ECU, with a separate 4WS computer in the rear

The ECU has no effect on the 4ws system. You can use any p14, doesn't have to be a 4ws p14 to work.

The ECUs are marked 4ws but there is no difference, trust me I have a functioning 2ws and 4ws ECU and I have used both in my 93 4WS 'lude. Just buy a cheap p14 and have fun. If you find that the 4ws isnt working then search wstef's 4ws fix and I bet it is your problem not the ECU(worked like a charm for me).

Well I have heard it both ways. My main problem is the guy I got the car from put a p13 in for the H22. So it is causing lots of problems with everything. Thank you for the help.
