Hey guys my just swapped 92 lude is giving me code 22 and code 13... im not worried so much about 22 but 13 is the atmospheric pressure sensor, or pa, or barrometric sensor, or whatever you want to call it... Is this sensor IN the ecu? or is it external to the ecu and i can replace this easily? Got it, its a jdm p13, from hmotorsonline with the engine and trans...

 

According to what I have read in the past, in obd0 cars it is seperate from the ecu, but in the obd1 it is integrated into the ecu, and you will need a new one.

 

Replace the ECM.

 

Damnit! Another $100-200... allready have like $3500 in this swap easy... Ill call h m o today and see what they can do, got it from them with the engine.

 

the code 22 usually means you didn't get the ecu pin all the way into the connector, unless obviously you haven't ran the wire, then obviously that would be your problem. You can open up the back of the ecu connector to properly set the pin. Your car will run in limp mode with the code 22 set.

 

They're good about standing behind what they sell, if you call them you'll probably get a replacement, wouldn't be surprised though if they want the old one back just to be sure you're not trying to scam them out of a ECU.
