Default Oxygen Sensor Replacement

My OBD1 on my 95 PreludeVTEC says it needs a new oxygen sensor. Is it an easy repair? I have very little experience working with cars. My mechanic adviced I only use honda parts. How about Denso or Bosch sensors? I also need a new speedo sensor that may be activating the oxygen sensor light (so i might not need an oxygen sensor). Should i get a Honda sensor or just go with the one at Autozone if i save like 50 bucks?
Thanks For Your Help!!!

I would just buy a OEM honda part. And its a pretty easy install. Just have the proper tools.

Denso, NGK is good if you don't go OEM. But def don't buy a bosch lol...

Anyone ever experienced a Bosch O2 sensor giving a incorrect signal? I changed mine a few months back when it went out with a Bosch and it runs really rich. I checked or changed everything I could think of that would be causing a rich condition. I'm going to try cleaning out my EGR valve to see if it helps. Oh and one more thing, I had to changed the O2 twice because the NEW Bosch sensor I installed sh*t itself less than a month later. Autozone swapped it under warranty, otherwise I would have ordered the Denso. I checked the MAP and IAT sensor; also changed the coolant temp sensor, fuel pressure regulator, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, PCV valve. I'm suspecting the "new" Bosch sensor may be defective... Would using a test pipe affect the functionality of the O2 sensor with OBD1?

Ok lets make this simple. Bite the bullet, and get a oem one. You won't have to worry about it for a looooooong time.

do the O2 sensors come with the harness plug or you have to solder the wires?

Yea that would be the easiest way... But whose to say the "new" bosch isn't bad and I just wasted my money on a new one.

I just bought a new bosch 2 months ago. 2 weeks later is screwed up. I returned it, and ordered #23...

Yea my first one made it 3 weeks. I'm just hoping this whole time that it wasn't the o2 giving the ECU a false signal.
