Default is this ok




im running 205/50/16's all around except 1 tire its 205/55/16. its on my rear left tire. i got it for very cheap

You'll be fine. Don't take your car to the track or anything, and look into getting a new tire. But it won't break anything.

what would be the problem by taking it to the track? would there be problems if i left it there for a long time? the tire has like 90% thread left

Track:
um...one tire is 5mm bigger. It's also mismatched. If anything, grab another 55 profile tire for the right rear. Do it if you want, I just wouldn't do it myself.
