Default Oil light problem

O.K. every time i drive my car lately when i stop the car at normal temperature its rpm sink below 300 for a split second and the oil light kind of flickers with the dying rpm. but then the rpm pick back up to normal and oil light goes off again and its like nothing happend.. but i got under the car and noticed a few drips of oil on the ground. the car is leaking very little oil so im not sure thats the problem. it leaked like a puddle the size of a quarter after about three hours. any help with these problems would be greatly appreciated.

An oil leak is a more than a little problem, you could eventually spin a bearing. It could be number of problems. Bad oil pump, faulty oil switch, lack of oil, etc. I suggest cleaning the engine, and search for leaking gaskets. Don't forget to monitor oil levels.
