Default OBD II Code P0118 Help

I went to autozone and they did a free scan of the check engine light on my car and it came up with a code P0118 and it was "Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit High Input". Has anyone have this problem before? I could really use some help with it.

according to your stock sensor in the dash is your car starting to over heat when it throws the code, if the stock sensor sees a normal temp, try replacing the coolant temp sensor.
