Default Is this normal?

Thanks for looking. I have a 97 Base with a little issue. Everytime, I start it up it blows light blue smoke for a few seconds(4-5) then it stops. So, I'd like to know if this normal? So far, Ive checked the plugs for oil burning/gunk but all the plugs are clean. Also, I was thinking maybe, coolant cuz I'm using Honda's Type 2 coolant which is blue in color. But then again, the coolant level has'nt dropped in the resovoir, significantly. Any input is welcomed!
Thanks again.

Blue smoke is a sign of burning oil. From your description is sounds like your valve stem seals are leaking. When they go bad they drip small amounts of oil into the cylinder which burns off. Doesn't leak fast enough to create smoke while driving but as the car sits up all night it puddles in the engine.
