Default no fire on the 23vtec?

ok here it is, i have been dropping in my 23vtec and been nailing down problems. and everything is cool so far but now im not getting any spark. i have the obd1 p13 with a distributor from the old h23a1. so is there a difference in the off a h22a1 or what? i have checked the wires and plugs there all new and the coil is ok. so i think it might have to be in the distributor... any idea??? it has me stumped

check engine light come on when you try to start? what code(s) is it throwing? using new cap, rotor, plug wires, plugs? how many miles on distributor? using stock ignition system or after-market ignition?

open up your distributor and see if the ignitor is OKI. If it is get a new one. That's what most of them come with stock. They suck.
