Default Newbie needs major help

Whats up guys
i have been reading some of your posts (great website)and i decided to join.
So heres my situtation. I have a 95 Honda Prelude SE with an AEM cold air, and a Greddy EVO exhaust. For the longest time i thought i was gonna go H22/h23vtec but i talked to people who were still trying to actually get the Vtec to kick in.
I ended up buying a IhI Borgwarner hybrid turbo with similar capacity to a garret T3/T4(, Oil inlet brass fitting , 90 degrees cast iron downpipe elbow , Internal wastegate, All necessary bolts. What exactly would i need on my lude to make this setup work? I do intend on boosting at low psi's because my car is a daily driver. Please go into detail if you must. My other question is- I just bought a chikara 4-2-1 tork step header with downpipe. do i have to get rid of this now or can the turbo be fabricated to fit the header.

thanks for the help guys

you cannot use a NA setup header on a turbo car, sell it and get a turbo manifold...

Standalone fuel management
Bigger injectors (don't put those extra ones in your intake!)

if it's a borgwarner turbo, it's most likely got an internal wastegate....

What kind of turbo manifolds are available at a decent price for an H23?
Is there any stock turbo manifold that can be fabricated to fit my h23?
also, is there any way i can fabricate an IC(from another car) to fit my car
Finally, if i were to run on only 5 psi on a daily driver would i need internal work.

im not looking for big hp numbers cuz i mainly a street rider.

hope you guys can help me out

Thanx

dude you could run well over 5psi without internals. more like around 7-8psi. and check with a local speed shop to get a turbo manifold for your car. no need to modify anything, just buy one for your car. last, buy an aftermarket intercooler for your car, higher capacity means more cooling. all this stuff is offered in abundance for your car. why are you so intent on modifying other's stock components? that'll stifle all performance potential your car could have with that setup. geez

riiiiiiiiiiggggggggghhhhhhhhhttttttt

um, if you modify your internals, you will make MUCH more power......

and BTW, not everyone has a local "speed shop" that sells or fabricates things like that

ya but internals are MUCH more money too. he wants to know what he can run with stock internals dumbshit. so i told him what most guys run with stock internals. ok so not everybody has speed shops nearby, sorry. i've got several to choose from.

im new here....but i thought i might jump in on this one...SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE....turbo and h series motors dont go well with each other IMO. i managed to make an art work out of one of my pistons at 4 psi. so for the guy who stated you can go well over 6 pounds safely.....think again. intercooler is a must especially if you live in the south or somewhere where it is ussually hot. if you live up north where it doesnt get to hot, you might be able to go a little while wihout the cooler, but your pushing your luck. an FMU or fuel pump with a fuel pressure regulator would be smart, and bigger injectors are nice too. if you go with bigger injectors youll need a uel management system or a vafc to controll your injector pulse..or the car wont idle and it will run like *** with bigger injectors. a blow off valve is also a nice added touch. extend the life of your turbo. oh...and lets not foret that lovely MAP sensor. youll need to bypass that somehow. it must read vacuum, but if it reads boost, your ECU will go nuts and the car wont run right under boost. (that one was kinda funny) i suggest The MIssing Link. you can order it from overboost.com or maybe one of your local shops might be able to get it for you.. if you have anymore questions give me a hollar at xxtbfivelxx@yahoo.com i should be able to help you out with any questions.
