Default need some help

got a 2001 honda prelude, ran diagnostic tool and these are the codes
P0301B-misfiring cylinder #1
P0302-misfiring cylinder #2
P0300B-random/multiple misfiring

so far i have changed out my spark plug, wires, cap, and rotor. also did an EFI flush and cleaned out the throttle body. same problem still persist. now i am baffled and dont know which way to go.

hmm...could it be my ignition coil. but the thing is that it only misfire one and two. because i figure that being a single coil and if it is going out shouldn't it also misfire cylinder 3 and 4.
