Default NEED SERIOUS HELP

ok so I drive a 1994 Honda Prelude S....F22A1 I think...with 211,000 miles. Ran fine until last night, the check engine light came on, and once I stopped and put it in park, it would idle below 500 and almost die. I turned it off to see if restarting it would help, and it made it worse. Now if I take my foot off the pedal for any amount of time the car dies. While I'm driving the car sputters, loses power, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?

uhh the first thing that you might want to do is check the cel first. just a crazy thought. that might get you pointed in the right direction. seriously what would you think we can do with a cel light and no code.

Yes, get the code from the ECu and tell us what it is. Read the FAQs or search if you don't kow how to get the codes....it's no too hard.

A number of things could have happened to your engine like the timing belt snapped or slipped, mayb e something small broke, maybe the oil got too low, maybe you sucked in something you shouldn't have...who knows.
