Hi, I recently got a Honda prelude 1992 for my 16th birthday. It has an H23 engine. We recently took it up to it up to our friends mechanic shop, because it revs when in idle, so I was coming here to ask for some advice. He told us that it might be a Sensor or the ICA? I believe that's what he said, so I was coming to ask for some feedback on what it may be. The timing belt has been replaced brand new and besides the reving the car runs perfectly.
