Default Need Help with electrical problems

Hey guys,
In the past two months, my car has been an electrical nightmare. Let me list the problems in order of when they occured:

1...The horn honks itself while driving down the road. I had to disconnect them.
2...The fuses for the cooling fan and the interior lights (plus gauges), and tailights, randomly blow every few weeks, meaning at night, I have to pop new fuses in to have lights.
3...When you turn the parking lights on, the condensor fan turns on.
4...Just recently, the high beams will never turn off. When they are in the low beam setting, the high beams flicker on and off, meaning I have to drive all the time with the high beams.
5...When the lights are on, the clock flickers from dim to bright, randomly.

I have driven this car for over 2 yrs with not a single issue. These past two months have been a nightmare. I have a feeling it has something to do with the clock because if it flickers, some strange will happen. Is there a module controlling the dash? I've done just a basic lookover of the harness and see nothing out of the ordinary. Thanks for any help.

Oh yeah... anytime you put a load on the engine (like a 3rd gear pull from 40), the CEL comes on for O2 sensor.

Default No, you need professional help

Do you have a multimeter?
Do you have a Helms Manual?
You need to go back to the first day this stuff started happening and make a list (which you have) and start troubleshooting. It sounds like you have (a) wire(s) short(ed) that has spread through your electrical system. Do smell any burnt wire? Putting new fuses and driving not the best thing too. I would highly recommend a professional look at it if you don't have those two things.
Have fun, wire issues suck.

I have both a manual & multimeter but no time! I absolutely hate electrical gremlins!
But, is there any sort of module controlling the dash panel and clock?
