I have a 93 H23A1 Non-Vtec with auto that I am wanting to build up for weekend warrior. I am currently looking at getting work done by CCCylinder Heads or buying a head package from Gude Performance. With CCCylinder Heads would be getting the hot street work on head and full port on I/M and matched to TB and with Gude the head package includes ported intake manifold, big bore TB, P&P head, cams and ECU. Gude stated would be around 45 extra horse at wheels with theirs.

Looking for some opinions on which would be better. I know that with CCC I wouldn't get the cams or ecu but wondering about the quality and any of the differences between the two.

best bang for the buck = 5 spd conversion.
