I posted in the "where can i find this," and no one has replied about it, so i was wondering if anyone knows where to find a MSD Blaster ignition coil for a 97 prelude.

I have a MSD Ignition 6A system with MSD Ignition Blaster 2 Coil for sale lmk if you are interested.

 

Will this work? How is it mounted, and where should it be mounted?

For what reason do you want this? The ign system on a prelude is more than ample for most applications.

 

Well my stock one has a crack in it and was is causing my car to misfire, and this on is cheaper, the crack is only hairline, is there a way to fix it? I wrapped it in Electrical tape, and i'm going to see if it stops misfiring within a couple of days, i will update.
