massive clutch problems
Well.. over the span for about 2 months.. my clutch seems more.. weird.. it seems like it has gotten heavier.. and it vibrates like crazy sometimes while im pressing it down.. or releasing it.. and once in a while.. i cant get 1st gear in.. so i have to go to neutral.. pump the clutch once.. and put it into first.... the clutch goes all the way down to the floor.. and im thinking about bleeding it later.. and the clutch squeaks.. even thought the master/slave cylinder was replaced pretty recently..
to sum it up
1. Heavier clutch / Vibrating
2. Cant get into 1st gear 1 out of 20 times (pump clutch)
3. Clutch goes all the way to the floor (bleeding)
4. Squeaky clutch

my clutch is like that.
the whole time i had my car i thought it was normal.
so would i be needing a replacement or something?
sorry to jack your thread man but we can get both our questions answered.

If there is one thing I know it is clutches and transmissions. Not trying to be rude just helpful. Does the squeeking come from inside the vehicle or under the hood. If under the hood, it is the throwout bearing release arm squeeking against the pivot ball. It sounds more like a creek than a squeek though. Also that problem is most likely related to a worn out/damaged pressure plate. Sometimes (common on hondas) the clutch disc springs will break and your clutch goes to ****. I have seen that several times. Also make sure your master cylender rod is adjusted to the proper length for full clutch disengagement. If that squeeking noise is constant when the clutch is in, then it is most likely your throwout bearing. Let me know if you have anything to add to clarify, I should be able to better pinpoint the cause.

I'm pretty sure from your description that it is the throw out bearing. This is exactly the same thing I had with my clutch. Just got the clutch changed today and the mechanic let me have a look at the throw out bearing. It was pretty dead. Anyway now the car drives fine and smooth!!!! yay!!
thanks for all the input.. but i dont think i really know too much about clutch problems.. haha.. i think ill probably take it to a shop or somethign
ill give most of the ideas a try though.. sizzerch on clutch =p
