Lowering and shocks/Struts
Check this out: http://www.hondaprelude.com/resource...ermarket&id=11
The word "strut" just refers to the shock/spring assembly, so essentially if you upgrade your springs, and you upgrade your shocks, you're upgrading your struts
The stock honda shocks will usually handle a 1-1.5 inch drop pretty well and maintain ride quality, assuming they're in good condition (not leaking or anything)....so if you're running some neuspeed sports or something like that, you should be fine with good condition stock shocks. I personally have the neuspeed race, and stock shocks won't handle the increased spring rates......I really like my KYB AGX shocks, but bilstein, koni, and tokico also make good shocks.
