I have a 89 prelude si and when i turn my headlights on, the interior lights go on, but no light comes on the cruise control/sunroof controls, is there no light there or is it burned out? and if it is burned out how do you get to the bulb??

 

It's probably burned out. If its the same as the 4th gen, the group there pulls out and you'll see the bulb in there.
